Coaching can benefit anyone, in any profession, at any stage in their life. I coach people in lots of different fields ranging from social workers, teachers, and nurses to academics, managers, and leaders from various industries. One day I’m working with a professional racing driver trying to succeed in the cut throat-world of professional motorsport, and the next I’m working with someone in the charity sector to help them think about their life/work balance.
We can all feel stuck and want clarity, direction, motivation, and change. Life disruptions and transitions can make us question who we are, what’s important to us, and what’s our purpose in life. Help from an independent person can help us work out what matters and what comes next.
Development or Life Coaching is a confidential, one-to-one collaborative relationship that makes space for you to discover new insights and possibilities. Through careful listening and asking powerful questions, coaching can inspire you to think differently.
Although I have a Ph.D. in coaching, you’re the person best qualified to set your own goals and find your own solutions. I can help you reflect on what you want from life or work and think about how you’re going to make this a reality.

As your coach I will: be your thinking partner. Believe in you, your ability to change, and dare you to step into the unknown. Ask you questions, challenge you to look at things as they are – and look at them as they might be. Help you to think about your values, your greatest strengths and realise your personal or professional goals.
