One to Many

Coaching Training, Workshops, Group Coaching, Lectures, Public Speaking

I specialise in coaching training within social work and the public sector which is based on my pioneering doctoral research on the benefits of using coaching within social work. I use coaching techniques to challenge, innovate and transform professional practice behaviours so positive change can begin in your working relationships.

I use coaching approaches to help make a difference to the lives of children, young people, parents and adults who use social care services by transforming the practice of those who work with them. I work collaboratively with social workers, acdemics, managers and students, by providing training, lectures, workshops and group coaching.

Commissions and Collaborations

My work takes me all over the UK – some recent examples include providing coaching skills training to leaders and front-line practitioners in Norfolk, Leeds, Hartlepool, Wakefield and Tower Hamlets children’s and adult social services, along with the North-East Teaching Partnership in Sunderland.

I am currently the Group Coaching Director for the University of Leeds post-doctoral fellowship programme for Early Career Researchers and have delivered group coaching for researchers at the What Works Centre for Children’s Social Care based in Westminster.
